1. Application for Enrolment
Complete the ITA Application form in person.
All required certified documents such as academic transcripts for assessment. Certified academic transcripts/supporting documents must be provided in English.
Then email to firstname.lastname@example.org or fax (61 8) 81256696.
2. Letter of Offer
ITA will advise you of the outcome of your application within two weeks. If your application is successful, ITA will send a Letter of Offer to you or your agent. Details of the course, fees payable and course commencement date will be outlined in the letter of offer.
To accept the offer you must sign and return the Acceptance Letter and pay the New Student Fee of AU$250.
3. Confirmation of Enrolment
Upon receipt of the New Student Fee, ITA will formally issue the COE which will be sent to you or your agent if they are assisting with your application. You will need the Confirmation of Enrolment to apply for your Student Visa.
4. Payment of Semester Fees
ITA will issue an invoice and you will be advised of the amount and due date for payment. If you receive the Letter of Offer, then first term fees is payable immediately upon receipt of this letter.
International student fees may be paid by bank cheque, bank draft, telegraphic transfer or credit card.

5. Student Visa Application
International students intending to study at ITA must apply for a Student Visa. Student Visa requirements depend on the student’s Assessment Level.The Assessment Level is based on the student’s nationality and the course of study. Assessment Level 1 represents the lowest assessment level with Assessment Level 5 the highest. The higher the Assessment Level, the more strict the assessment criteria. Students with Assessment Level 1 should apply online – http://www.immi.gov.au; and students with Assessment Levels 2, 3 or 4 should apply at an Australian Diplomatic Mission (embassy, high commission etc.) while off-shore before coming to Australia.
International students studying English, Foundation or Year 12 in Australia must apply online. Your local ITA representative will be able to assist you in applying for your Student Visa. The time frame for processing Student Visas vary in different countries, but is usually between four and six weeks, though some students experience longer delays.
